Join us as a Senior Business Analyst

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join our permanent team, collaborating with us to drive positive outcomes for our clients. 

In this role, you will:

• Develop trust-based relationships

• Navigate various environments and politics skillfully

• Simplify and convey complex information effectively

• Understand and empathise with stakeholders' needs

Who we are  seeking

We're searching for individuals who embody:

• A passion for business analysis across diverse methodologies, from agile to design thinking, data, architecture, or disruptive technologies.

• Strategic insight into business problems and a knack for designing innovative solutions.

• Proficiency in understanding stakeholder influence and leveraging it to drive results.

With experience in

• Essential experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting capacity.

• Proficiency in eliciting requirements, business process mapping, gap and risk analysis, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and facilitating workshops and meetings.

• Familiarity with navigating different project methodologies.
