Join us as a Senior Business Analyst Consultant.

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Business Analyst Consultant to join our permanent team, collaborating with us to unlock the opportunities to drive them forward. 

In this role, you will:

• Develop trust-based relationships;

• Navigate various environments and politics skillfully;

• Simplify and convey complex information effectively;

• Employ empathy to understand, translate, rationalise and challenge stakeholder needs.

Who we’re seeking.

We're searching for people who embody:

• A passion for business analysis across diverse methodologies

• Strategic insight into business problems and a knack for designing innovative and tried and tested solutions;

• Proficiency in understanding stakeholder influence and leveraging it to drive results.

The experience we need.

We’re looking for people who have:

• Experience as a Business Analyst essential

• Experience as a consultant or able to demonstrate they have worked in a consultative way;

• Proficiency in eliciting requirements, business process mapping, gap and risk analysis, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and facilitating workshops and meetings;

• Familiarity with navigating different project methodologies.
